We are The Recruitment Project CIC (TRP) a community-driven organisation with a mission. Out of the millions of young people in the UK, over 500,000 aged 16–35 are currently N.E.E.T (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Our goal is to provide a complete solution for young people and employers giving candidates the housing, training, and confidence they need to thrive, while ensuring employers gain motivated, work-ready staff.

At The Reruitment Project CIC, we focus on helping young people gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed. Through our Hustle Hub, we provide practical training and mentoring, while our community recruitment agency connects candidates directly with employers. For businesses, we deliver motivated, work-ready staff who are prepared to make a real difference from day one.
why we do it...
Across the UK, millions of young people dream of changing their own lives, their families’ lives, and even their communities. They want to make a difference — and at TRP, we’ve decided to stand with them. Too often, employers overlook young people because of their age or lack of experience. We don’t. We know the value, creativity, and energy they bring.
That’s why we also work with charitable organisations and community partners to give young people the extra support they need.
